Function：

1.Holds the fixed reed, then lifts the handspike for 1.c.m. and turns 90 degree, making the lock-head in a state of unlocking.

2.Foists the reed into container lock-hole, turns the handspike 90 degree, then the handspike retracts for 1.c.m., making the lock-head in a state of locking.

3.The indicator stem faces to the indicator groove when the lock-head is locked.

4.Fastens safety belt with life belt connector.

5.The head-lock will be detached from the container lock-hole by repeating step 1.
