Introduction:
Container Forklifts Reversing Warning And Image Display Device is a
kind of reversing radar which is developed by our company for port
large machine, such as container forklifts and container
reach-stacker. The device adopts the principle of laser scanning
and picking up images and display technology, and dynamically
displays the position and distance that human body or object is
from the back of forklift on the image monitor using image
superposing.
The device actively warns with two different sounds, which is
featured with good reliability, steady performance, and completely
fullfils the requirement of port container forklifts reversing and
warning.
Function：
1. Horizontal detect range：In the scope of 180 degree on the back
of the forklifts, could be adjustable in the horizontal detect
range of 10 meters.
2. Intelligent recognition and detection: Distance detecting range
and detecting width of human body and object could be adjustable
respectively, human body and object could be respectively set three
different horizontal detect range on the back of forklifts and
three different car body width detect range, and the distance of
human body or object from the back of the forklifts in the detect
area will be digitally displayed.
3. Alarm method: Two different frequency sound alarms, high
frequency sound means there is human body in the detect area, and
low frequency sound means there is object. It can set different
sound and rhythm of three regions according to alarming distance,
alarming gets closer with distance.
4. Image display: Displays in the scope of 150 degree on the back
of forklifts.
5. Digital display of alarming distance: Warning distance digit is
superimposed on the image.
6. Alarming position display: The image displays and traces the
position of human body and object.
